These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and accommodation services offered by Casa Creazzo 62, located at Calle 62 No. 21-32, Teusaquillo, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. By making a reservation or using our website, you fully accept these terms.
1. Reservations & Confirmations
- Reservations are confirmed only when full payment or the agreed deposit is received.
- Confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp to the contact provided by the guest.
- Casa Creazzo 62 reserves the right to decline reservations at its discretion.
- It is the guest's responsibility to verify the accuracy of dates and details in the confirmation.
- Reservations made through third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Ayenda) are also governed by those platforms' policies.

Daily housekeeping service
Room cleaning is performed daily upon prior request by the guest. If you want your room cleaned, please notify staff in advance. Common area cleaning is performed every day without request.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation more than 2 weeks in advance
Full refund100% refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable bank fees.
Cancellation 2 weeks or less in advance
No refundNo refunds if cancellation occurs within 14 calendar days before the arrival date.
No-show (failure to appear without prior cancellation)
No refund100% of the reservation value is charged as a no-show penalty.
Applicable refunds may take up to 5 business days from cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be made exclusively to a Colombian bank account provided by the reservation holder. No cash refunds or transfers to foreign bank accounts.
Reservations made through third-party platforms are governed by each platform's cancellation policy.
4. House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following rules apply:
Quiet hours after 10:00 PM in common areas
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises
External visitors are not allowed without prior authorization
Respectful treatment of staff and other guests
Take care of the facilities and report any damage
Respect check-in and check-out times
Parties or social gatherings on the premises are strictly prohibited
The number of people inside the accommodation cannot exceed the booked capacity
Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
5. Minors
In compliance with the Code of Childhood and Adolescence (Law 1098 of 2006) and current Colombian minor protection regulations, Casa Creazzo 62 applies the following provisions for accommodating persons under 18 years of age.
Minor without parents or guardians
No minor may stay at Casa Creazzo 62 without the physical presence of at least one parent or legal guardian, unless they present an express notarized authorization from both parents or the parent with legal custody, in accordance with Colombian law.
Documents required for minor without parents:
- Notarized travel authorization signed by both parents or legal guardian
- Minor's identity document (ID Card or Birth Certificate)
- Identity document of the parents or guardians signing the authorization
- Contact details of the responsible adult authorizing the stay
Minor staying with parents
When the minor stays with their parents or legal guardians, they must present at check-in documentation proving the family or guardianship relationship, in accordance with Colombian hotel regulations.
Documents required for minor with parents:
- Minor's Birth Certificate (original or legible copy)
- Minor's identity document (ID Card if 7 years or older)
- Valid identity document of the accompanying parents or guardians
- If different surnames: document proving parental relationship or guardianship order
Casa Creazzo 62 reserves the right to deny accommodation to any minor who does not meet the documentary requirements set out here, without this generating a right to refund if the reservation was made in violation of this policy. The well-being and protection of minors is our priority and an incontestable legal obligation.
6. Liabilities & Limitations
- Casa Creazzo 62 is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises.
- Damages caused by the guest to the facilities will be charged to their account.
- We are not responsible for interruptions in public services (water, electricity, internet) beyond our control.
- Information provided on our website is for informational purposes and may change without notice.
7. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices may vary depending on season, availability and booking platform.
- The price confirmed at the time of booking will not change except in the case of a duly communicated administrative error.
We do not accept cash. All payments must be made via bank transfer, Nequi, Daviplata, PSE or other authorized digital payment platforms. Available payment methods will be indicated upon booking confirmation.
8. Amendments to Terms
Casa Creazzo 62 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or fulfillment shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
